PIlkington Mirropane is a one way mirror, which under the correct conditions, allows one way vision. It is effective for use in surveillance, security and monitoring.
In order to maintain privacy in the observing area, the ratio of illumination levels between public and private side, or observed and observing side, must be at least 8:1. It is also advisable to have dark furnishings and clothing to remain unseen from the observation side of the mirror.
